Veterans Dog Park is the Village of Minooka's first off-leash dog park, located at the northeast corner of Wabena Avenue and Wapella Street in downtown Minooka. It features gorgeous hardscape and landscaping, providing ample space for dogs and owners to enjoy while honoring U.S. Armed Forces veterans. The park was donated by Mr. Larry Simotes and his family, with additional contributions from local businesses and residents.
