The Dog Penn is Pittsburgh's first off-leash dog bar located in the Strip District, combining a dog park with a full-service bar across nearly 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Dogs can socialize and play freely in the outdoor turfed area while owners enjoy food, drinks, and events. The facility is membership-based for dogs, with day passes, monthly, and annual memberships available.
The Dog Penn is an off-leash area without full fencing. Make sure your dog has solid recall before letting them loose, and keep an eye on them near any roads or boundaries.

Fresh water and a bowl
Even parks with water fountains can have them out of service. Bring your own to be safe.
Poop bags

Note: All dogs must be registered in The Dog Penn app with current vaccination records (Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, Bordetella). Dogs over one year old must be spayed/neutered. Dogs must be socialized. Day pass: $12, Monthly: $40, Annual: $300. Humans over 21 can enter free without a dog. Indoor area is leash-only for dogs.
