The Nantucket Land Bank Dog Park is the island's first fenced-in off-leash area for dogs, featuring a separate 26,620 sq ft enclosure for small dogs and a 41,200 sq ft enclosure for large dogs, surrounded by pitch pine forest. A single track trail runs through the woods nearby for walks. It opened on December 12, 2021, at 5 Miacomet Road mid-island.
