High Bridge Dog Park is a 7-acre fully fenced off-leash area on a former coal power plant site, cleaned up in 2012 and operated by St. Paul Parks and Recreation. Located beneath the Smith Avenue High Bridge near the Mississippi River, it offers ample space for dogs to run and socialize amid natural woodland edges. Access is via a swing gate at the western end near the parking lot off Randolph Avenue.
