Freedom Run is a 4-acre off-leash dog park dedicated to military service dogs and their handlers. Located at 6150 Russell Drive in Hoffman Estates, it is a joint effort between Elgin, Hoffman Estates, and Streamwood park districts. The park opened on August 13, 2012, and operates year-round with full fencing and multiple amenities for dogs of all sizes.
