Owners must maintain sight and voice control, clean up after their dogs, and limit off-leash dogs to three per person. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and healthy. Dogs are not allowed on any fields when the ground is thawing, generally during the entire month of March. Off-leash hours are suspended during certain activities and dogs are not allowed in playground areas.
